Hi, I'm CARLEE!

I'm Carlee Tucker.  Efficiency Queen, Mom, Full-Time Veterinarian and Mixed-Animal Practice Business Owner.

I launched into this journey DEEP into veterinary burnout, desperate for a major change in my work environment.  I couldn't take it any longer... and I was THIS CLOSE to quitting the profession all together but stuck with an enormous pile of school debt that kept me feeling TRAPPED.

I took the blind leap into veterinary practice ownership and created the practice of MY DREAMS.  With the proper tools, systems, training, and support YOU CAN TOO.

Is it too early to start planning my ownership journey?

This course was specifically made to be self-paced and an introductory method to all things private practice ownership. To get the ball rolling and the blueprint set up for the vetmed future of your dreams!

I started working on these items YEARS before I purchased my practice.  So if you have the interest/desire in Private Practice Ownership - then the time is now. <3

What if I just want the templates, handbooks, and forms?

I decided to include these templates and forms as part of a course format only because I believe the modules add TREMENDOUS value in designing these systems and protocols for your practice.

The course modules and workbook prompts ensure ALL DETAILS are covered and not forgotten when designing major hospital systems.

My recommendation is to complete the modules and course workbook first. Then take that knowledge into customizing your handbooks and forms!

Do I really need this course?

I one hundred percent believe you can do this alone! I did and created the private practice of my dreams.
